I like it....but sideshow keeps putting just that little bit too much emphasis on making them "real world accurate". That's not Beach-head's gun...that's something I get from Marauder John. I do like the little XMLR "snowjob rifel" that they've given him in a nod to the toon.

I think the head looks just a little bit too young...and then the faux-hawk just ruins the whole thing.

too young? how old do you want him to be? he looks every bit of late 30's early 40's. which would put him on the senior end of the combat spectrum.

looking at this picture it accentuates the wrinkles quite a bit. as for his hair it looks like a a sweaty high and tight, but i can see it resembling a fro hawk too.

I like it a lot. I personal think this is one of the best figures they made so far. Sorry Rock I not to offend compare Snake Eyes second to Beach Head.

I hear and understand what your saying Nova about the weapons and how Beach Head's gun isn't what we are used to seeing. How ever I like it. Beach Head's weapon was either a 9mm or a 45 cal sub machine gun. Now keep in mind the old Beach Head is a Ranger and most Rangers prefer to us the M4 or M16 which is a 5.56x45mm round. The weapon by slide show looks to be a Robinson Arms XCR with a folding stock which can use the same 5.56 round. Also it is a weapon that has the same basic set up and feel to a M4 and M16. So to me this is the weapon Beach Head should have came with back in the day if it was around back then. I think Slide Show did a little home work when looking to see what weapons to give him. Personal I think they should have just given him an M4 but hey what do I know about what is the up to date weapons being used by Rangers.
